Masks were in fact optional even though stated otherwise in emails sent pre-arrival both from the booking entity & from the hotel itself and that was great news on arrival - the hotel is following California masking guidelines, which are optional. Check-out was easy; however, I have to wait 5 to 10 business days to receive my credit card refund of $150 for "incidentals." I charge nothing additional to any hotel room that we stay in nor use products for sale in a room as a matter of personal policy.

We enjoyed our stay here. For the price we paid, the hotel had a lot more to offer. It’s beautiful inside, the room was very clean(which I’m truly thankful, as we travel with small children). We enjoyed the warm pool at night, and the breakfast was excellent! Staff was amazing. Overall, we will continue to stay here. Thank you.

As a family of 4 (kids ages 4 and 2), having a suite is key to getting any sleep on vacation. so having the true suite, mini kitchen and a bathroom with a tub was perfect. also the bed was exceptionally comfortable with great linens and pillows. we slept really well. and last but not least-the breakfast! generous, hot and made to order grill. can’t beat it. the kids had a great time

The King Suite was spacious, the food was just fine, loved the omelet bar. Very comfortable, staff was helpful. Will stay here again.

Very roomy suit. Comfortable bed, the room was clean and location was great. There was a free happy hour, which hit the spot with free drinks and snack. The free breakfast was great with everything you might want including made to order omelets.

Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Atrium is a wonderful place to eat, relax, just hang out during down time. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of room in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and when we needed an engineer to replace the refrigerator in our room, he arrived promptly and fixed the problem.

The bedroom was extremely comfortable with a nice view. The bathroom was roomy and the water pressure was great. It was all around decently enjoyable and worth the price I paid for the overnight stay.

The remodel of the lobby with absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast is excellent and then they had a nice evening happy hour.
